Which I guess I am fine with ... but the cash flows here in Utah from Ogden to Spanish Fork are horrible so to me it seems like it is best for me to pause on the game until markets correct.  

I speak fluent French, English and Spanish and would like to put that to good use investing in central and South America one day.

To me, it would make sense to purchase a home in Fairhope or Spanish Fort for school districts and being close to the interstate for commuters driving to Mobile for work. 

I am also working to compile/build install packages and procedures (english and spanish), manuals/instructions, and online support systems for many of these devices/systems.What I need from the Bigger Pockets Pros is opinions, questions, concerns, etc.

I am not close with anyone who can speak Spanish. 

I ALWAYS ask people where they're from when they have an accent because I am learning Spanish so I always look for opportunities to practice.
