Real Estate in South Alabama
I am in the process of having renters move into my first rental house in Fairhope, AL. I am also looking at the best cities in Baldwin County to purchase my next one. According to an article I read the other day, Foley is one of the fastest growing cities in AL BUT does not have the best school system. To me, it would make sense to purchase a home in Fairhope or Spanish Fort for school districts and being close to the interstate for commuters driving to Mobile for work.
Thoughts?
