From tech, medicine, marketing, even to having a 54% population with religious affiliations.

Been listening to the podcast religiously from the first I am on 187 now and I keep hearing some of a deal is better than no deal.

I take it you might listen to the BP podcast and I listen to it religiously and tbh it pretty much hyped me up to just pull the trigger on my first deal (granted the miscalculations were on me, they forewarn due diligence all the time).

If you're a religious organization leasing apartments at a property that you're not operating for a commercial purpose, you may legally limit occupancy or give preferences to people of your organization's religion.

I have been listening to the podcasts religiously, although I haven't gotten too far yet.  

Find their background and see if you have things or interests in common and approach them that way (let's say alumni from xwz university or both love golf or are from the same religious affiliation).

You're also facing so many additional factors/steps for a BRRRR deal such as sourcing deals below market, finding reliable contractors, up against other competitive investors, future market conditions/values, running numbers religiously, exit strategies, etc.

Moreover, continue to save religiously and pay off any unnecessary debt you may owe. 

But I just felt strange that the last minute they decided to add a religious document to the contract.
