Do you know why they might have thrown a good pair of sports shoes up on a power line---things like that.Just my 2 Cents.Know your demographic....understand what they want, and what they don't want..

This business is a team sport (as are all real businesses or serious endeavors) and it's all about identifying the pieces of the puzzle and taking the correct amount of action to put those pieces in place. 

As many say about it, it is a team sport and you need a team of professionals who are experienced in commercial real estate themselves to guide you along.

I can quickly find positive remarks here on BP about @Marco Santarelli's Norada, @Clayton Mobley's Spartan Invest, @Chris Clothier's Memphis Invest, or Mike D'Arrigo's Pinnacle Invest.But there's nothing at all about Morris Invest.  

Hi Timothy,Maybe volunteer to coach at a local High School or Community College.Wouldn't even have to be the same sport--coaching kids is coaching kids (Make a difference in a kids life!)

As fan (nerd) of sports statistics, maybe I should have stopped with this one call and finished my career with a 1.000 batting average...but I digress!

It is a very active convention destination and it is also the sports capital of the country with the Indy 500, Brickyard 500, NCAA Finals, The Indianapolis Colts, Indianapolis Pacers not to mention the hospitals and univerities.
