Hi everyone on the big pockets forum. I just closed on my first investment property. I'm doing a live and flip or live and then rent. I'm very excited to get started on the rehab. I retired from law enforcement two years ago and started my own handyman business. Now I'm starting real investment journey. Would love to find someone to partner with in Sacramento area.

nice work Shawn!! I host a monthly BP investor meet up once a month its Nov 29th at 6p Kickin Mule Sports bar in west Sac would love to have ya!! lots of cool like minded people there who share a lot of the same goals!
