. #2 they own the house out right that I grew up in since I was a child my grandfather paid cash for it so they never had a mortgage but it’s a 2 family home with no Tenant upstairs and no money to fix upstairs up to be livable.MY QUESTION IS how can we accomplish getting them money to fix these 2 places up to bring them cash flow on renting them out with no money?

Oh my, I forgot to mention I am in the greater Denver area, but I actually grew up in South Orange NJ.

Before that I grew up in Eagle, Colorado so really I have lived in Colorado my whole life.

My Dallas rentals are all in OC and I live and grew up in the area as well.

New housing starts grew year over year and well exceeded long term averages.

Local home sales grew 10.5 percent year over year in March 2018, and the median price grew 3.5 percent to $305,233. 

A little about myself:I am 25yrs of age, grew up mainly in the South Florida tri-county area attending middle through high school, and then moved to the Orlando area for college at UCF.

I grew up on a country road and I cannot count how many times our mailbox got dinged, dented, knocked down, etc.At any rate, it's your responsibility.

My husband and I are educating ourselves, he grew up in the area so we have history, and I know we can make money.
