Normally it is 30 days, but to be safe, I'd give them notice now and ask them to be out by Nov 30. 

The crazy part is, is that I feel like these types of things are normal to find in almost any property if you care enough.

If you still have those properties and mortgages 10 years from now, rents will likely be much higher, and the value of the cash you are using to pay the mortgages will be much lower even assuming normal 2-3% a year inflation.

It sounds like I may be following in similar foot steps at first!
