The fee depends on the time it takes the crew to clean the unit which includes washing and drying linens, towels, etc.

It's almost a wash, and the additional cash flow from paying off the mortgages is exact and unwavering, whereas the cash flow from my building was not, so that kind of stabilizes my income a little bit as I go into retirement.

I calculate the cost of each turnover for the specific unit, including laundry, consumables, cleaner, etc. and then make this my "cleaning fee".
