If laundry is on site find out if that is something that is contracted out.

I've been an RN for 7 years and in between patients (living and dead) the rooms are simply washed down with either bleach or alternative disinfectants, day after day after day. 

The fee depends on the time it takes the crew to clean the unit which includes washing and drying linens, towels, etc. 

It's almost a wash, and the additional cash flow from paying off the mortgages is exact and unwavering, whereas the cash flow from my building was not, so that kind of stabilizes my income a little bit as I go into  retirement. 

my perusing of the municipal codes looks like you needed to pressure wash a tile roof and paint the exteriors as the main things. 

It’s a multi family with 3 units and 3 floors with a basement for the laundry etc.

@Dave SaveriReport reimbursements as income and then your payments as utility expense - resulting in a wash.

It will have a upstairs laundry room that I believe adds a great touch and people don't come to expect that in a lower end priced home.

I calculate the cost of each turnover for the specific unit, including laundry, consumables, cleaner, etc. and then make this my "cleaning fee".
