@Kerryanne Henry I recently did another eviction in April and was told you must allow the county court officer to remove the locks from the apartment if you want the eviction to be registered, so when a background/ credit check is done for the person it will show.

As the eldest child I was always "going with dad" to work on the rentals.

@henry Montgomery iii, not sure that there's a good site for that.Good deals move fast and good wholesalers and or assignors will email any good deals they may have  to their solid regular proven buyers.Best I can suggest is get on those email lists so you can see what off market deals are out there so you can get yours.
