Hello,I am in the same position as you but, I'm a female lol. 

What would happen if that person were a criminal or worse some type of sexual preditor  and this homeowners wife was home alone  this is why Open houses the female RE agents holding them must really be aware of their surroundings

I could see it being a "turn off" for female tenants who want 2 hours to take a bath and get read.

The female in the couple is a definite "alpha" personality type who thinks she "is always right."
