Why do you think some of the employees would want this type of housing/transportation deal?

Hi,I am interested in a particular single house located in Boston, MA that has two floors with 7 bedrooms.

This is from the same marketing company that has Flip Advantage, Fortune Builders, Flipping Boston, Property Bank... the marketing company is call Zurixx LLC...You can look them up under Elite Mentor...Same company where Armando Montelongo started before splitting a creating his own seminars.  

This will include transportation costs to go view the property and property management fees to name a few.

After collecting my things I went in search of transportation to my hotel downtown and found a huddle of cabbies staring out the windows of the arrival area.

She has 32 years of experience in various gentrifying markets (Boston, Dallas, etc.) and knows the art of locking things up.

The light rail is also scheduled to be in operation in 4 years providing commuter transportation downtown.

ARV somewhere north of $475k and the rents will be around $1800 per unit.Gotta love RE investing in greater Boston!

Living near the Wonderland Station is becoming a more trendy alternative to living in expensive Boston for students (at least, that's what I've been observing).

He's an amazing guy, and he might be able to help you out since his investing relies on being close to major transportation hubs - especially NYC feeders.
