When you start adapting other titles or names, it becomes confusing, misleading and might be decietful, unintentionally.In real estate and the paper buisness, it's really important to use common legal terms, especially in contracts.

Age discrimination is definitely real.As soon as everyone thinks there will not be another boom, as soon as everyone gives up, when no one is buying anymore but the most seasoned.... the new boom will be just around the corner.The 40+ demographic is strange because this group has the least intuitive experience with technology and therefore are not as adaptive.

I'm sure Rich Weese doesn't manage his own properties and his are all over the US and Mexico....It is not about the business model, it is about finding the right way to adapt that business model.

That's not bad, but may not put your spouse where they hoped to be.More realistically, IMHO, you want to provide your spouse the ability to adapt to the situation.
