I'm pretty sure auction.com can't take away my birthday.

After 5 contract extensions for reasons way beyond my control, the ink is finally drying on an FHA financed quad, bringing me to 6 units.In March of 2016, 2 months after my 23rd birthday, I bought my first property (a duplex) using FHA financing.  

My 40th Birthday gift to myself was taking the plunge.

You will get used to figuring things out on your own.Best thing you can do for him is encourage him to take a pre lincense course in the state he lives in.. they are very inexpensive.. he will learn terminology and net work with like minded individuals.. whether he sits for the test or not when he is 18 is his choice.but that's what I did at 17.5 Y) I studied for the test took it on or about my 18th birthday got my license and the rest is as they say history.  

I met my current partner at a kid’s birthday pool party.  

And the only one we handle ourselves had no problems for months (even stopped in to make sure no problems a week before), right up until the day after we left the country for his 50th birthday trip.

July 3 is a very lucky day as its also my birthday, but Arthur, CONGRATS @Arthur Banks on that paperwork going through.
