Hi @Anthony Butcher , Hopefully you find what you're looking for with that post, but if you don't there are BP meetups and REIAs that you can join and connect with investors in your area in person. 

For example, wall cabinets have mid-tone wood shaker cabinets and white quartz counters, white backslpash ... island has white shaker cabinets with walnut butcher block counters.

An old time butcher told me all meat shops will make money.

I'll probably butcher this but isn't the saying, "real estate investing is simple but it's not easy."
