This is definitely making me rethink if it's a worthwhile gamble (especially considering the owner that is bey foreclosed on is supposedly a lawyer).

I felt that it was very well done, covered a significant amount of material, had a friendly and motivational feel, and was a good experience and a worthwhile value for $1500.

I say this because we used a different realtor to purchase our STR and it was a disaster all around - both our agent and the seller's agent didn't know what they were doing, had no worthwhile advice to offer, messed up paperwork so that it had to be done again, just a sloppy experience all around.

Spend a little more on the front end with better materials. nothing worthwhile is ever easy or everyone would be doing it.

A worthwhile investment isn’t just one with attractive cash flow projections; it must also base those projections on sound underwriting assumptions.
