The low income families are involved personally themselves; either building their own home or installing the solar panels that will power their home, not only putting work in to improve their situation but also learning valuable skills/ receiving job training in the process.

It is not wrong to rent to illegals, it is wrong to entice people to come break our laws because we don't have the will power to enforce our own laws. 

Yes for a long period of my life I have lived in the mentality that I need to save as much as I can, trust me it isn't fun.But what happens is that you have finite amount of energy or will power you can either put it earning more money or in saving money.I have friends who are focused on making more money rather than saving it, they spend lavishly and work hard to earn back more, I also work hard but most of the times my attention is on the saving the money I have earned.

Lack of will power. 

If I have 100 units of energy for decision making / will power, how many units do I want to spend on saving money vs. earning more money? 

If you have the drive and the will power to push through, then go after it.

It takes real will-power and focus to keep to a strict budget for a goal that seems so unattainable when you've only got two nickels to rub together at the end of each month.

I've learned that there is no obstacle that can't be overcome with the right amount of grit and willpower.

Typically, one circuit will provide power to all/most of the ceiling lights per floor, while multiple separate circuits will power parts of several room's outlets.
