Hey everyone,I’m exploring the idea of a co-living investment strategy in Sacramento, CA and wanted to see if anyone here has experience with it.If you’ve implemented co-living in Sacramento:Which neighborhoods have worked best for this strategy?

I like the idea of having both SF and MFH.

I love the idea and I would like to analyze deals using a variety of strategies and model each strategy out, however I am struggling when it comes to the rubber meeting the road for analyzing the deals.For example, I would like to analyze deals in a single spreadsheet for various strategies such as seller financing, subto, traditional lender, external investor, etc. etc. 

Luckily you are in a better position than a lot of folks.I like the idea of paying a neighbor kid.
