I guess my main thought is that the MBD is more complicated and that ultimately you can only withdraw contributions.

So, having a trusted and experienced Realtor to provide you with an evaluation would be a good start to helping you really assess your options.First, I would ask you what your ultimate goal is...?

Many other investors have asked themselves (and others this question) but what I believe it ultimately comes down to is what are your goals (how much money you'd like to make), are you physically able to manage it yourself and do you have the right organization and systems in place to do it on your own. 

Ultimately it was sorted because I clarified they legally had a joint responsibility to pay the total rent and there wasn't even an option for "half" the renters to pay late.
