SupplyLas Vegas is unique because it is a tiny island of privately owned land in an ocean of federal land.

I avoid tiny towns unless cap rate is very high like 16 to 18.

I'll share my happiness when I receive my first monthly interest = )   Tiny amount but hey, I'm happy with every dollar as long as they are passive income = ) 

One thing I'd add is that backlink quality matters way more than quantity.

We all have different strategies, but I am not going to invest in a tiny house that they want over half million for, and then lose money every month for the next 5 years hoping it is going to appreciate and not pop in another bubble.

There was nothing I could do about it.We are always at the mercy of tiny government politics and power struggles.

@Sharon McCants - I lean toward the advice from @Jonathan Greene on your question.Years ago, I made the mistake of forgoing quality for quantity, which led to headaches and a fundamental change in the way our company operated and in the way I personally invested.

It doesn't mean anything at all, actually, because it's a tiny sample.
