Get a lawyer now to start te process and consider any costs the cost of tuition.

Much nicer is a hidden flush mounted beam which sits in te attick and the joists hang from the beam.

You only need to live in the property for te first year,....then you can move somewhere else.

Tenants pay all utilities (W/S/T/E/G) I'm also being conservative as saying I'll put $100 aside a month for maintenance reserves even though I really dont see myself using that because again, this is as turn key as it gets!

I believe I can get my tenant back in her space by next week but my water intrusion issue could easily happen again if I can’t come up with a quick solution to prevent water from coming into te house.
