They aren't secrets or anything... and while they are a bit 'fringy'... they are perfectly legal as I understand it... just manipulating the credit scoring system by playing by their own rules.Hope it helps!

The apps you're referring to are suited for hand-outs and entry level project starting points - not for official purposes - unless they can be imported into actual CAD software and manipulated (".dwg" files).

Hi Dawn, sent you a PM.Scottsdale is definitely a good place to be in if possible but there are definitely other areas you can get into for a cheaper price point in Mesa, Glendale, Tempe, etc.

I'm surprised that Tucson ranked higher than Scottsdale/Tempe and ASU...the combination of Scottsdale as one of the country's top party towns, with the close proximity of ASU Stadium (5 miles) should put them near the top, I would think....?

A true levelized cost of energy (what the true price would be if it were an actual free market) gets very complicated quickly and it's basically impossible to calculate accurately due to the energy industry being so heavily manipulated by incentives from the government for so long, across all forms of energy.
