I'm sure it can be done, but you will definitely have to hire from the local talent pool which is awfully shallow. 

Good management companies will have departments, processes and strong talented people running it.  

My goal is to create a business, hire talent, and scale within a 1-2 year accelerated plan, ultimately achieving my 5-year vision.

and i think the folks who are talented enough to do that are off doing it

Here's the two cities  if one want to invest a land that has lot of AI talent lol:San Francisco Bay Area:San Francisco is the epicenter for AI startups, with AI and machine learning companies raising $12.8 billion across 219 deals through August 2023. 27% of AI professionals are employed in San Francisco, the highest concentration. 

Flipping homes can make money fast but needs different talents.

So for the next 10 year growth company has to look for talent around Dallas, Milwaukee, Austin,MN, Ohio for job growth.Office space while crshing it would not impact residential but it would affect the banking sector especially Regional Banks, so when Bank collapse like SVB in March this year the gov. has to intervene again, we would see how big the situation would be in 2024 if it ever happen.As for the Fed, it's sign they don't do good job as they raised too high too fast and we alrady see default cycle is happening nationwide... 

Some talented potential employees may even avoid working with a company because they may not be able to talk about their work under the NDAs which could make them unable to demonstrate their capacity to future employers.Remedies for breach of a non-disclosure agreementNDAs are contracts too.

It is such a big opportunity for someone to establish themselves in that space, but finding the people talent is not an easy proposition. 

Better yet learn to make your money work really efficiently by mixing it with your entpreneurial talent such that you can self-insure.
