In what ways does having the pet alleviate the symptoms of the tenant’ specific disability?

They check all your symptoms over video and even call in prescriptions to the pharmacy.

For example, if you are seeking a reasonable accommodation for an emotional support animal, you may be required to provide documentation from a physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or other mental health professional that the animal provides support that alleviates at least one of your disability symptoms or effects of the existing disability.If your landlord or manager asks for this verification, you should obtain a signed letter from your doctor or other medical professional, or other qualified third party who, in their professional capacity, has knowledge about your disability and your need for a reasonable accommodation.

Housing is just a symptom.

However, I see moving the cost of dead beat tenants to the landlord as another symptom of our society divorcing individual consequences from individual actions.  

The complaint is a symptom of something going on and I am more concerned about curing the problem then I am helping someone he/she owes money too.

A walk through will be evident as black mold will be noticeable right away by smell, visible, or physical symptoms (hard to breathe, headache, etc). 

Its to the point where I have physical symptoms, eg shaking hands, sweaty feet, stomach pains, and even crying! 

I bought it during a long period of drought so the symptoms never showed until we started getting heavy rains.

Some of the more common symptoms that people who have been exposed to black mold experience are dizziness, migraines, rash, coughing, nose bleeds, blood shot eyes, vomiting, chest pains, fevers, and possibly even death.
