It sounds like you did a lipstick flip with very low-end furniture just from your description and to succeed at MTR, you need make convenience a priority.

My son was very motivated and succeeding in virtually everything until he was 16 years old.  

New investors eager to succeed are impressionable which makes them easy prey.

I want you and them to succeed.

I will work even harder at succeeding. 

I don't want to be discourage you; I just want to ensure you're in the best position to succeed when you do make that leap.

@Matthew Giblin you're highly unlikely to succeed if you spread yourself over 4 markets.Recommend you do more research and just pick one of the 4 markets.Then do a trial run and see how it goes. 

There is no logical reason to have an attitude with me when I only wish you the best and want you to succeed.

Unfortunately most are taught to use the BRRRR to scale because that's how you succeed in this business.

If you're not willing to work your butt off for a long time, you won't succeed in wholesaling.
