I like storage units, that's actually a good idea I didn't think about at first. 

A lot of people who ask about international don't have cash so it's even less feasible to do as they don't understand banking in other countries.

If we do a Self Storage development we expect a 400% COC return.  

@Calvin Rappard I don't think it is feasible to do a new screening every year, and more importantly, I am not sure you have the tools to move someone out if they fail....

But separate disconnected units wouldn't be economically efficient or even feasible for assisted living care once they need it.
