Just last Tuesday I went to one hosted by Owen Schwaegerle where the speaker was the owner of NKT Commercial.

Just listened to a podcast where the speaker talks about monthly cashflow of $5K to $10K!!!!

Greek can be tough, and plus that, with only 14 or so million real native speakers worldwide, it's a lot of linguistic learning investment for not a lot of return.

I attended the seminar recently in Pasadena sep/16/2022Of course the rep or speaker was very motivational and did make it seem to become rich in a click of a bottom.. what he aslo said is that people are scared to take chances like this because of lack of education... he mentioned this only Once, But thats all i needed... then he kept going on talking all about the Postive and easy steps and wealth and etc.. at the end i left without paying $300 to become a memeber or attend 3 day class... remember education ... so i went home and educated myself checked everything needed on line.. and there are more cons than pros.. and the big fish eats the small fish.. before buying any lien you have to attend an Auction... was i ready to face those auction people .. no is every lien a winning bid No.. am i getting the best lien no .. big investors wont let you do that.. but this semianr made $300 per person that night ..  

He was so knowledgeable, sharp, and an extremely talented speaker.

I'm in Livonia / Canton area and I haven't attended any Washtenaw County or Ann Arbor REIA events but I do attend the Oakland County REAI meeting in Troy as well as the Michigan REIA meetings in Troy and they are super helpful and if you sign up to get their emails you can check the topics in advance to make sure it's worth the trip for that meeting.They usually have really good speakers. 

I am looking for speakers for the South Shore REIA meetup and would love to have someone present on multifamily rebates! 

There's a nice mix of investors, wholesalers, lenders, agents, and the speakers are usually pretty good.
