I’ve worked with a few tools for property intel, and while no service is 100% accurate, some options have stood out for specific use cases:BatchLeads: They offer a solid skip-tracing tool with good accuracy and detailed reports.

We can only do the best we can trying to beat the fraudsters by leveraging tools.Regarding fake SSN the screening services picks up on mismatches.

As they are getting paid to provide a service.

Most people call their services "cohosting" to distance themselves from what would normally require a real estate license.

If you did not like that experience, maybe you should try a smaller company to get a more personalized service experience.  

They offer a $10K repair fund to fix damages in addition to SD plus warranty for appliance repair etc.I have no say in whom they choose to move in, whether there are animals, limit on # of occupants etc. they reserve right to inspect property so i have no idea if they can tell me to remodel, paint etc.does this make sense i have a vacancy coming up in October (bad rental timing).

Any landlord that offers this should have their head examined! 

I offered to break the lease but tenant did not take it.
