I checked out the website for my market area and they're only listing the large nationals on it (Bridge: EasyKnock, SFR:  Buyer, Roofstock, Renovation Buyer: HomeGo, Homevestors) and was curious if any agents in other markets have seen this or use zavvie's information in any way?

It’s such a great area for short-term rentals.For licensing, definitely check out the Bay County website — they outline what you need for business tax receipts, short-term rental permits, and any local requirements.

This is a practice by some less than reputable companies.

It could be possible that he is an honest guy and just using outdated marketing methods which is DAMAGING his brand and reputation. 

The tempo slows down for companies with a good reputation at least. 

It’s amazing a website this large and with this much revenue cannot put a viable app together..

I have had a lot of success tracking down land on sites like Craigslst, FacBK marketplace, Landwatch, Landsearch, loophole and more.All of those websites are great but Landwatch and Landsearch both offer Vacant lots and acreage.

When it comes to REITs, there are definitely a lot of reputable brokerages out there.
