In my firm, we underwrite the Sponsor as a company in addition to their individual offerings.

They can handle everything from tenant screening to property maintenance and making sure you’re compliant with all the regulations.

It doesn't work well with S corporations or regular C corporations.BTW CPA firms (mine included) love S corporations They're profitable returns to prepare.
