Don't be reckless, but, JUST TAKE ACTION!

Looks like the guy might be in his early 30s maybe late 20s.That just strengthens my theory of the young and restless, or reckless, who are too hard headed to learn anything. 

This is not to say that it is an excuse to be reckless and not maintain proper cash reserves.  

His desire to purchase a giant house out in the sticks for $325k that would go for $2.5m in my market doesn't make him reckless (meaning he should stick to the cap), it makes him SMART (meaning, in his case, it's prudent not to have that artificially low cap of $271k).

A blanket statement saying everyone needs to set up an LLC is reckless at best.
