Hello BP fam,I'm planning on upgrading my flooring from carpet to some sort of laminate/vinyl/hybrid flooring - both for personal (allergy) purposes in the short-term, and for re-sale in the long term (6mo+).

What are your thoughts on the chances of 100% depreciation will be re-instated with Trump back in office?

I'm going to have a floor guy take a look to be sure, but let's assume I can't re-sand and I'll either have to put new flooring over the old original floors or just tell the next prospective tenant, that's how the floors will be, which lowers the appeal of a very rentable apartment.

I dont see how the RE market can react to something that is 2 weeks old.
