Most of the BP guests are pushing a course or book or something, so they appear on the podcast and then disappear instead of hanging out in the forums to help others.

Many of the OTAs and lead gen sites, like Furnished Finder, are pushing credit card payments. 99.9% of the time I get a message from FF saying 'your tenant would prefer to pay by credit card so activate Stripe now!' 

You are ahead of the game. 

Lenders want your business, and you can negotiate terms, credits, and even push for a better rate.

His solution... don't push it.

As a newbie, you always question whether you're making the right decision, but you just have to push forward after a certain amount of time to prevent analysis paralysis.

I feel like I've been stuck between that 4 to 6 mark for about three years and I'm having a hard time pushing past that.

I'm always a bit suspect of full-time paid mentors and people pushing courses.

That's my advice anyway, other people might feel differently about it, but I would caution pushing the issue any further.
