Limited labor and resources : Unlike the catastrophic fires in Lahaina Hawaii there are significant resources in Los Angeles to contribute to recover, but quality contractors, tradesman, plumbers, electricians and laborers have long been in short supply.

There are many free resources on BP and YouTube and some great inexpensive underwriting courses on Udemy.

I’m always happy to be a resource for any questions as I currently manage 850+ SFHs.

My wife is a social worker at the VA, who works closely with this specific demographic, and we are looking to give our veterans access to as much help and as many resources as possible.Looking forward to building lasting business relationships with solid, like-minded individuals!
