Urban areas can definitely be tough to gauge from a google maps search because environments are street by street, block by block.  

I live in a popular vacation town in the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Like everywhere else, one street makes a huge difference on the price.

But the likelihood of success with that depends on the specific street.
