I'd speculate they don't mind a sick, unhealthy, overweight, depressed, anxiety ridden populace.

For the general populace I think they are very valuable. 

I think our populace lacks financial savvy, but I also don't think it should be as hard as it is.

But I certainly wouldn't suggest that it represents the renting populace as a whole.

This current administration has positioned itself on the general populace In such a fashion that disagreeing with it has little effect.

Aside from missiles, some planes and RPGs, the technology that the Ayatollah's state-owned military isn't terribly advanced beyond what was available in WWII - at least the technology that can be effectively used against a civilian populace.

The wealth redistribution that has been moving us toward socialism has been going on for many decades, but has so accelerated in the past few months that it has startled a large part of the populace.

How will the local populace react to this development?

& @Pratik P.I happen to work in both markets (Sacramento and Phoenix) so I can speak to both.The one thing they have in common is that they're both super hot seller's markets (especially at the median home price and lower) and both markets have made headlines for it, so the general populace already has an idea that they can list it on the open market and get top dollar for it.This is what caused me to get out of flipping and into selling homes as an agent.

Quite the contrary, we offer a segment of the populace a chance for homeownership which can benefit both them and their families.
