@Maurice Stewart You will need two different contractors, one to separate the pluming in the house (think local licensed plumber) and a second plumbing utility contractor to install the meter on behalf of the SWBNO (they no longer do this).

and just to be clear, the boundaries of a federal superfund site are determined by how far the contamination has migrated and is not necessarily limited to the source of the contamination. there can be groundwater plumes that can extend for several miles so that all of the properties sitting above the zone of contamination would be considered to be located within the superfund site but that are not responsible for the contamination but simply impacted. very different calculus than if the parcel you are considering is a source of the contamination

The finished unit is -1600sqft, 3 bedroom and 2 bath Second units is 1400 sqft - unfinished but has electric and plumping third and possibly 4th units - just wall, needs electric and pluming.

I did the Sandwich lease Option with Bridehouse where they will be the middle man and handle everything and even pay rent if the tenant does not or the house is vacant.Bridgehouse failed to collect a security deposit when the lease was signed and now have stopped paying me because the tenants stopped paying.The tenants reported a pluming issue to Mario and neither the tenant or Mario got a Plummer on-site for 3 days (all without my knowledge) which caused sewage backup in my house.

Further away it shouldn’t have much impact assuming the area is good from an economic standpoint and the environmental impact doesn’t extend off site (like a groundwater plume that extends for miles).
