Both projects are pet projects for Mexico's president and he wants to have them inaugurated before his first term ends at the end of next year.You can't be by the beach in Tulum because it's the hotel zone and it'd be very expensive if you could.

It seems to me that almost every time you get an ESA request for a restricted breed, it is probably someone just trying to get around breed restrictions and having to pay pet rent.

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
