What’s your occupancy rate during peak and off-peak seasons?

This is an average so it starts lower and ramps up.

I started off doing long distance BRRRRs until the rates went up.

A property is available off market that seems to be a great deal.

But if this is a one-off, it's probably better to pay a local co-host who already has the local connections.Talk to @J.

And if you can sell a property that had say a $100K basis and buy a property for $200K then you've doubled your basis and your write off. 

I personally like the BRRRR strategy - it's not easy to pull off but it's simple and it works in theory.
