What does your lease say about how much notice you have to give to increase rent? 

Notice I said directly.

I've noticed a lot of this lately and while the numbers are impressive the less "customers" I have to deal with the better.

In my area the average rental has improved noticeably in the last 5 years.

Over the years I've also noticed some issues in those areas and others. 

You can be ready to go , funds in place , and show up the day of the auction that property you are going for has been cancelled, regardless what the website says.Besides that, I noticed that properties are put on auction a few times so there is a chance to keep tabs on them, and Texas has monthly auctions which is great for gaining experience. 

@Sanjay Singh but I’ve noticed that many houses there are within my budget ....Can't comment on the Indianapolis market but generally speaking buying real estate in a particular market because the housing is within your budget is not a valid reason to invest.

Jeremy, I hope you don’t take this badly…..I noticed your posts don’t get much “traction” The reason is they read like slick marketing “puff” pieces you find posted on LinkedIn all the time, rather than personally engaged discussions, If you want significant engagement, just write something out, and don’t even “edit” it, just go with the first draft, giving the effect like a personal conversation with someone.  

If you can't find them to serve lawsuit papers on them, that is what the guardian ad litem and the newspaper notices are for.

I live in socal so the price of entry to buy is very high and I noticed very saturated market here.Is manage remotely for not too big of self storage is too hard or too much trouble vs be on site?
