Easy to do IMHO.Some folks use a tablet with a service but why complicate things I say.

But in my opinion, the biggest issue I see with folks jumping into their first "big" multifamily deal is the quality of the pro forma. 

But those folks were in way worse situations than you are..  

I am excited to have grown to the point of tackling this big scary goal, and can't wait to meet some of you folks.

That isn't a bad way to keep folks happy and make sure they want to leave a 5 star review.Yeah, the toilet is one thing but the tub, whew.
