Personally I am not always a fan of bath mats being out (I usually drape them over the tub before pulling over the shower curtain to hide it) However, with only a shower and tile floors that can get slippery … Pottery Barn has some nice oversized ones that would look nice there.

The Mouse Trap is the fun place to grab drinks. 

I was just alerted that one of my tenants saw a mouse in her kitchen.

However, you do have to put in work and imagination, the days of sticking up some posters and buying a Mickey Mouse comforter at Walmart are long gone.

Furniture, mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, bath mats, soap dispensers, hair dryers, iron, ironing board, vacuum, a FULLY stocked kitchen, TVs, cable, internet, rugs, outdoor furniture, hot tub (maybe?)

Having a cleaner drop it off at a laundry mat and pick up at a later date for a cheaper per pound cost just adds more labor / steps of complexity to the process.You can add two night stay minums to reduce your cleaning and laundry costs but it drives away your opportunity for big one night pay days.

I have just in the past month added a paragraph stating that the tenant must supply and use mouse traps, cockroach poison, foggers or other pest control products that are readily available in grocery stores and DIY supply stores.

Also I use Gorilla Mats from Amazon in the bathroom and kitchen underneath the sinks.
