I modified two of my new builds this year to accommodate this requirement.. the larger national and production builders simply wont do it.I had one tenant that was morbidly Obese and basically bed ridden.. but she lived for some years like that I think maybe 5 or so.. it was an old single wide with an addition so I let her do whatever she wanted as when she left it was just going to the dump anyway

It's a morbid subject, but it's definitely necessary to plan for.  

Kinda morbid, but you get a free home.  3)  Cashflow - Just offer him rent to farm the land.

And, not to be too morbid, but if he died before he was an owner for 2 years, you would be able to claim the married ($500,000) exclusion amount for up to 2 years after his death.

Hey guys,My purpose is not to be morbid, but this is the situation at hand.  

I've kept tabs on it out of morbid curiosity and noticed after that, it ended up back on the market, then the listing got pulled.
