If most people do wholesaling wrong and illegally, for crap's sake then educate the masses on how to do it right.

Then when rates drop, you can refinance and bring the payment down instead of competing with the masses as prices climb.

Got turned into the AG and one group got nailed criminally I also had FBI in my office about another investor who did this as a financial predator he got prison.So in my mind this is going to  play out again with Sub to being taught to the masses and people being people vast majority are honest of course but there will be predators mark my words on that.

No surprise the masses are doom obsessed, it's all the idiot box keeps cramming down there gullet.

But when it comes to sleazy fraudsters and big time criminals who defraud investors of millions of dollars or more and ruin public en masse, they will defend them and say this is just a business, suck it up.

Recommend you keep your job till you hit critical mass.
