She wasn’t ready for the militant views I had about that statement.I always told myself that if I saw her on the side of the road I would slow down long enough to make her think I was stopping so she would run to my car then I would speed away.

If you get all militant on him, he'll be hostile and you can bet he'll leave at the end of the lease.You are immensely blessed to have a tenant, especially in your first rental, who pays on time and does not have any other issues. 

Now I get it, he is super conservative in how much he hates debt, and I think he is a little too militant against credit cards, but if you look at his overall plan, it works really well and is an excellent place to start.

And even if they do get some militant activist to confront you, you can always just come right back at them with the rules. 

But, I can tell you that if you get all militant with your tenant, they may just take their regular payments somewhere else, and you could end up with a waaaaay worse tenant.By the way, congrats on getting a great tenant. 

If you take a militant stance, it can end with major damage to your unit.
