Whatever your financing plan, the 5 other cities in Hampton Roads will give you a better monthly cashflow than VB & Ches, all things being equal.

I’m not sure what kind of advice you are looking for, but in VB the biggest challenge is finding inventory to wholesale.  

The top two that i run for RVM and VB are Equity filters (at least 50%) and year built ( 1900 -2005).

I sometimes carpool over from VB if it’s a topic I’m interested in.
