I have Roku's, Smart TV's and Steaming BluRays in the combination of 24 STRs. 

But I started steaming every square millimeter of my bed and the surrounding area, many times.

They are part of a condominium complex where renters have access to all amenities: typically one or several pools, a gym and yoga room, a spa and steam room, a kid's club, one or several bars, underground parking and a private outdoor area for residents.

Sure, it could transform an area and due to cost push low-income people out but I don't think that is very likely.There has been a lot of steam on this, it can work well in certain situations (been sitting on heavily appreciated stocks and want to diversify into RE) but these are primarily low-income areas and the holding periods are long. 

Just to confirm that this is a water system and not steam.

There is still a strong demand but the peak housing market for Buffalo has closed so some steam will be lost.

What kind of pumps are running the hot water or steam up to the apartments?

It the appreciation which I believe is loosing steam worth it in the long run?
