If so you should be able to cancel but if you are doing it out of the inspection period you are stuck and could run the risk of losing your earnest money if you put any down. 

If you achieved this by paying all cash, then you are losing money. 

I've seen many REI have a ton of equity, but can't pay their bills, and lose a lot of it, or even go bankrupt. 

This site will be for 3 properties to begin with.

If you lose 20% to the PM, then you still have 30~40% profit. 

@Shaylynn O'LearyI think I may have posted this in response to you in another thread a while back, but here goes again.If you pick a random "low cost" market like the ones you named, don't know anyone there, don't set up a network, buy random properties, and turn them over to people you've never met to manage, you will most likely lose money.

Demoed the house, will be building a new house on site.

In our opinion it is not worth the price to evict that many tenants as SCI will lose a lot of money in the process.

Have you ever heard of a Landlord being sued by a Tenant and losing property?
