Now in the last 48 hours I find myself in a total and literal quagmire. 

I'm literally in a webinar right now and decided to check the forums before buying..wow am I glad I did!

Some days I am literally baffled at how I spent an entire day doing nothing.To me, that feels pretty wealthy.

That's a LOT of $ to go to AZ, TX, FL, literally anywhere. 

If I didn’t have a positive experience with them prior to this, I would literally think we were scammed.

Since we just got the certificate of of occupancy literally two weeks ago,  we are looking all options to maximize return on investment. 

Good neighborhoods, excellent schools, and literally--where does the house I want sit in the actual neighborhood...I say does it look like a $650K house area when I'm done?

Again, I am literally a beginner - no properties under my name, no portfolio (yet), still working a W2 job, just looking for DIRECTION and for someone to possibly help me in what step to go in next. 

This is not a literal team, and you don’t want to be blunt by like asking people to join your team.

They moved in and within 24 hours sent the following letter (names have been changed): "Hi Dawn and Brian,Sindy and I are frustrated, disappointed, and really struggling with the idea of moving forward with the move into your home.We realize this is the first time you have rented a property to someone, and may not be aware of the responsibilities that landlords have, and want to inform you that there are habitability issues with the home that are quite literally against the law, pursuant to Colorado’s Warranty of Habitability Law, CRS §§ 38-12-501 et seq.
