Layout is important.Not sure what this question is, but yes, you can typically sell properties vacant or occupied, or partially occupied.  

Not at all.... the rent is based on the market rate, so if the units are all different...size/location/lay out/age etc etc... they would have different markets rates.

I don't know your market but it looks like a lot of thought went into the design and layout. 

House have good layout, good area, great schools, price point was fair for that area.

There are many options, so instead of me listing a million things, it would be more helpful if you could lay out a few options you're considering, and I can provide some feedback from there.

The layouts are easier to work with and manipulate to make the space feel as modern as possible.
