I was wondering if we could require people to show proof of vaccinations, references from previous landlords and/or kennels, and a AKC Canine Good Citizen Certificate with their dogs?

I have a property where one bedroom was used as a 'kennel' or pet 'outhouse'.

Somehow the landlord changed his mind and decided she could stay; She trains Australian sheep herders and my dog is chained or kenneled watching them work, but now my dog is harassing and causing minor injuries to her sheep; Can she still be here just because the landlord says so?

If there isn't an appetite for multi families in the area, building one is a poor strategy.Additionally, if you are going to try to sell them as condos, buyers and realtors might not be interested.

Can she put down her own carpets to limit scratching to the wood from nails (seriously, dog nails are brutal if they even get a little too long). 4 dogs are a lot in one unit, but if she's a trainer I'd assume that she a) kennels all dogs when not home b) has a no bark policy.
